Talking to The Times of India, Deepika reveals her fitness secrets. She was quoted as saying, "Soham was the main reason for my weight loss, I focused on him, he's my teacher in training." Deepika believes that breastfeeding is the best way to lose weight. " Deepika admitted that she had gained much more after pregnancy than during her pregnancy. " Deepika met a doctor who discovered the reason for her back pain and lethargy.
